1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Psychic, including the Psychic mobile application and related services.
Psychic is operated by Anastasios Orestis Stefas, an individual based in Greece.
By creating an account or using Psychic, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an account or use the Service.
These Terms apply to users in the European Union ("EU"), European Economic Area ("EEA") and United States ("US").
2. About Psychic
Psychic is a personal finance and financial-awareness application.
The Service allows users to record, organize and review information about their finances, including expenses, income, wallets, budgets and personal context associated with financial activity.
Psychic is intended to help users better understand their own financial behavior.
Psychic is not a bank, payment institution, investment firm, financial adviser, accountant, tax adviser or legal adviser.

3. Age Requirements
You must be at least 15 years old to create or use a Psychic account.
If you are between 15 and 17 years old, you may use Psychic only where doing so is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
Where applicable law requires permission or authorization from a parent or legal guardian, you must have that permission before using Psychic.
If you are a parent or guardian who permits a minor to use Psychic, you should help them understand these Terms and the privacy implications of recording personal financial information.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits rights that minors have under applicable law.
We may suspend or delete accounts belonging to users who do not meet applicable age requirements.
4. Your Account
Some Psychic features require an account.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping your login credentials secure;
- maintaining access to the email address associated with your account;
- notifying us at security@getpsychic.app if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account.
You may not:
- create an account using another person's identity without authorization;
- access another user's account;
- share credentials for the purpose of bypassing security controls;
- use Psychic for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless that activity results from a security failure for which you are not legally responsible.
5. Your Financial Information
You control the financial information you choose to enter into Psychic.
Psychic depends substantially on information entered or maintained by you.
This means that balances, budgets, statistics, satisfaction information and other results displayed by Psychic may be inaccurate if the underlying information is incomplete, inaccurate or outdated.
Psychic should not be treated as the authoritative record of your bank balance, tax position, debt, legal obligations or financial accounts.
You should independently verify information when making important financial decisions.
6. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of information that you enter into Psychic.
By using the Service, you give us permission to process, store, transmit and display that information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain and provide Psychic, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
This permission ends when the information is deleted, except where limited continued processing or retention is legally permitted or technically necessary, such as for temporary backups, security records or legal obligations.
We do not obtain ownership of your personal financial records merely because you store them in Psychic.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored and protected.
The Privacy Policy forms an important part of your relationship with Psychic and should be read together with these Terms.
Acknowledging the Privacy Policy does not replace consent where applicable law requires separate consent for a particular processing activity.
8. Current Beta Service
Psychic is currently being provided as a beta service.
Beta software may contain:
- bugs;
- incomplete features;
- temporary limitations;
- performance problems;
- unexpected behavior;
- features that change or are removed.
We may modify the beta as we develop and test Psychic.
We will take reasonable measures to protect user information and maintain the Service, but beta availability may be interrupted while we test, maintain or improve the App.
You should maintain independent copies of information that is particularly important to you.
Psychic's data-export functionality can be used to retain a copy of information associated with your account.
9. Current Price and Future Paid Features
The current Psychic beta may be made available without charge.
We may introduce paid features, subscriptions or other commercial services in the future.
We will not automatically convert the current beta into a paid subscription without informing you and obtaining any authorization required for payment.
Before purchasing a paid feature, you will be provided with the applicable price and relevant purchase terms.
Where purchases are made through Apple, Google or another platform, additional terms imposed by that platform may apply.
10. Financial Information — Not Financial Advice
Psychic provides tools for organizing information and reflecting on financial behavior.
Information, classifications, statistics, observations or other material presented through Psychic are provided for informational and personal-awareness purposes.
They are not intended to constitute:
- investment advice;
- financial advice;
- tax advice;
- accounting advice;
- legal advice;
- credit advice;
- recommendations to purchase or sell financial products.
You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
For decisions requiring professional advice, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

11. Satisfaction and Behavioral Information
Psychic may allow you to record information about how you experienced a financial decision, such as your satisfaction with an expense or how you classify that expense.
These features are designed to support personal reflection and financial awareness.
They are not medical, psychiatric or psychological assessments.
The current beta does not use these inputs to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
12. Future AI and Behavioral Features
Psychic may introduce additional behavioral-analysis or artificial-intelligence features in future versions.
Such future functionality may be subject to:
- additional explanations;
- updated privacy information;
- additional user controls;
- additional terms;
- age-related restrictions;
- consent requirements where applicable.
The existence of these Terms does not mean that planned AI or behavioral features are currently active.
Where a future feature materially changes the nature of the Service or how personal information is used, we will provide additional information before or when that feature is introduced as required by applicable law.
13. Acceptable Use
You may use Psychic only for lawful purposes.
You must not knowingly:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's account;
- interfere with Psychic's security systems;
- probe or exploit vulnerabilities without authorization;
- introduce malicious software or harmful code;
- use Psychic to commit fraud or another unlawful act;
- deliberately overload or disrupt the Service;
- use automated methods to extract information from Psychic in a way that interferes with the Service;
- impersonate another person;
- bypass access restrictions or security measures.
You must not reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected source code except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity.
14. Psychic's Intellectual Property
Psychic and its associated software, design, branding, graphics, logos, interface elements and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted to you to use the Service, no ownership rights in Psychic are transferred to you.
The name Psychic, its branding and associated original materials may not be used in a way that falsely suggests authorization, sponsorship or affiliation.
This section does not apply to information or content that you own and provide through your own account.
15. Third-Party Services
Psychic relies on third-party technology and infrastructure providers to operate parts of the Service.
These may include providers responsible for:
- authentication;
- database infrastructure;
- hosting;
- transactional email;
- app distribution;
- operating-system services.
Our current infrastructure includes Supabase and Resend.
Third-party services may occasionally experience outages, interruptions or changes outside our direct control.
Your use of certain third-party platforms, such as Apple's App Store, TestFlight or Google Play, may also be subject to their own terms.
16. Service Availability
We aim to keep Psychic functional and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation.
We may temporarily restrict access because of:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- security incidents;
- technical failures;
- third-party service failures;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Where reasonably possible, we will try to minimize unnecessary interruptions.
17. Changes to Psychic
Psychic is an evolving product.
We may:
- add features;
- modify features;
- redesign parts of the Service;
- remove features;
- change technical requirements;
- change or replace third-party providers.
Where a change materially affects your legal rights, privacy or an essential aspect of the Service, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
18. Account Suspension
We may temporarily suspend access to an account where reasonably necessary to:
- protect the account or other users;
- investigate suspected unauthorized access;
- prevent fraud or abuse;
- respond to a security incident;
- comply with applicable law;
- address a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will attempt to provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
We will not suspend accounts arbitrarily for the purpose of depriving users of rights they have under applicable consumer law.
19. Account Deletion and Termination
You may stop using Psychic at any time.
You may permanently delete your account using the account-management functionality provided through Psychic.
Account deletion is intended to permanently remove the account and associated information from Psychic's active systems, subject to the limited retention circumstances described in our Privacy Policy.
Because deletion may be irreversible, you should export any information you wish to retain before deleting your account.
We may terminate an account where:
- the user does not meet the applicable minimum-age requirement;
- continued operation of the account would violate applicable law;
- the account is being used for fraud, abuse or serious security attacks;
- there is a serious or repeated violation of these Terms.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice before termination.
20. No Guarantee of Financial Outcomes
Psychic does not guarantee that using the Service will:
- reduce your spending;
- increase your savings;
- improve your financial condition;
- prevent financial losses;
- change your financial behavior;
- achieve any particular financial goal.
Psychic is intended to provide information and tools that may help you understand your own financial activity.
Your financial results depend on factors outside Psychic's control.
21. Responsibility for Financial Decisions
You remain responsible for decisions you make based on your finances.
Psychic is not responsible merely because a financial decision produces an unfavorable result after you used information displayed by the App.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
Psychic is provided as an evolving beta service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:
- every feature will always work without error;
- the Service will always be available;
- calculations based on inaccurate or incomplete user information will be correct;
- the Service will meet every user's individual requirements.
This section does not exclude statutory warranties, guarantees, conformity requirements or other consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
Users in the EU/EEA and other jurisdictions may have mandatory rights concerning digital services regardless of the wording of these Terms.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Psychic and its operator will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting solely from:
- decisions made using inaccurate or incomplete information entered by the user;
- failure to maintain access to account credentials;
- unsupported use of the Service;
- temporary service interruptions reasonably outside our control;
- actions of independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
In particular, these Terms do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other liability that applicable consumer or other law does not permit us to exclude.
24. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may have rights relating to digital services and contractual conformity under the laws applicable to you.
If you are a US consumer, you may have rights provided by federal or state law.
Where any part of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal right that cannot be waived, the mandatory legal right will take priority.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Psychic develops.
Changes may be necessary because of:
- new features;
- changes to the Service;
- security requirements;
- changes in applicable law;
- new paid services;
- behavioral or AI functionality.
For minor changes that do not materially affect your rights, we may update the Terms by publishing the revised version.
For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required and may request that you accept updated Terms before continuing to use the affected Service.
The date at the beginning of these Terms indicates the latest revision.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are generally governed by the laws of Greece, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you in the country or state where you live.
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to consumers in your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring a claim in a court that applicable law does not permit us to require.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the documents expressly referenced in them, including the Privacy Policy and applicable Financial Disclaimer, govern your use of Psychic.
Additional terms may apply to particular future features or paid services where clearly disclosed.
